About Monthly Unlimited Viewing
The live streaming of Shinjuku Pit Inn has started in September 2020 as Monthly Unlimited Viewing with a fixed monthly fee.
For a monthly subscription fee of ¥1,100 (tax included), you can watch the second stage of many daytime and evening performances via live streaming during the membership month (from the first day of the month to the last day of the month).
Members can also enjoy the show fully during their subscription month (from the first day of the month to the last day of the month), which is basically one month after the live streaming of the show.
The latest information on the availability of streaming for each concert at Shinjuku Pit Inn can be found on the Pit Inn official website. Please check the following four patterns as a guide for viewing.
- Live streaming only
- Live streaming is available, archive streaming is under consideration
- Both live and archive streaming are available
- No streaming available

Content Streaming (Pay-Per-Event)
Single content (live) will be available to watch via streaming on a paying-per-event basis.
You will have to pay for each content separately, as you will not be able to view it with the fixed fee for the Monthly Unlimited Viewing plan.
The schedule of the Pay-Per-Event live contents will be announced on the printed schedule, Shinjuku Pit-in website, Pit-in Net Jazz, etc.
Applications for Pay-Per-Event concerts will be accepted one month prior to the performance date.
Please note that the duration of the archive streaming may vary depending on the contents.

Note: The schedule for live and archive streaming for each performance will be posted on the Shinjuku Pit Inn website in advance, but may be subject to change due to copyright issues.
Note: Regarding streaming of overseas music in the archive
For a work of music that is not in the public domain, some content may not be archived due to copyright (synchronization rights). Also, there may be some differences in the contents between the live streaming and the archive streaming.

How to register as a Pit Inn Net Jazz member
- Click on the REGISTER button on the right side of the top page, fill out the form, and submit it.
- An invitation email will be sent to your email address. Please click the URL shown in the email, fill in the necessary information, and complete the registration.
• If you are using a smartphone, please open the menu with three lines in the upper right corner and click the REGISTER button.

About the payment method for Monthly Unlimited Viewing plan
Please click the LOG IN button on the upper right side of the top page to log in. (If you are already logged in, please proceed to the next step.
- Click on Monthly Unlimited Viewing in the menu at the top of the Pit Inn Net Jazz top page, and then select Pit Inn Net Jazz Unlimited Viewing.
- Click the SIGN UP (1,100 yen/month) button next to the Pit Inn Net Jazz Unlimited Viewing (1,100 yen/month)
- Select the payment method from CREDIT CARD (VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners are accepted) on the selection screen, fill in the necessary information, and click the SUBMIT button.
- Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to view the contents in the NIGHT SESSION and DAY SESSION categories in the menu at the top of the page.
• If you are using a smartphone, open the menu in the upper right corner of the screen, log in, and click on the Monthly Unlimited Viewing button in the menu.
• For content streaming (billed on a pay-per-event basis), please click directly on each content to purchase the ticket.

Notes on this service
* The contract for the Monthly Unlimited Viewing plan is from the beginning of the month to the end of the month. Please note that even if you sign up in the middle of the month or in the last few days of the month, the monthly fee will be 1,000 yen including tax. In addition, the contract is automatically renewed, so once you sign up, you do not need to go through any procedures if you wish to renew.
* In the event that we are required by the credit card company to pay the member's balance due to insufficient payment or other reasons, we will charge the member for the amount of the charge.
* If you wish to cancel your subscription, please go to MY ACCOUNT menu and click on Review/Change Registration Information. You can also cancel your Monthly Unlimited Viewing subscription from Monthly Unlimited Viewing Subscription Status.
* The duration of the archive streaming is basically for one month after the live streaming date. For Content Streaming (Pay-Per-Event), please refer to each content (event) page.
* Please note that some programs are not available for streaming service.
The availability of streaming and archiving of each performance will be announced on the LIVE INFORMATION page of each performance in the SCHEDULE (http://pit-inn.com/schedule-e/) of the Shinjuku Pit Inn website.
Also, please note that some of the contents of live streaming and archive streaming may differ.
* The start time of each streaming video content is only a guide.
Please be prepared to allow 15 minutes before and after the live broadcast to watch the live broadcast.
The latest scheduled start time will be posted on the
Shinjuku Pit Inn Twitter account (@pit_inn_) just before the performance begins.
* We are not responsible for any sudden problems with the Internet connection or problems with browsing caused by the member's Internet environment.

What should I do if I don't receive the email invitation?
Depending on your spam settings, you may not receive email invitations from Pit Inn Net Jazz.
If you do not receive the email invitation, please set your domain to allow streaming@pit-inn.com so that you can receive emails from Pit Inn Net Jazz.

If you are still not receiving emails even after following the instructions above, please check the possibilities as described below.
• It's in your spam folder
Yahoo, Hotmail, and cell phone email addresses may be automatically sorted into the Junk Folder, Delete Folder, or Spam Folder by the spam filter. Please check your junk/spam email folder or other folders. (Please note that free email services such as Hotmail and Yahoo Mail may automatically delete the email within a few days if the received e-mail is sorted into the spam email folder.)
• Caused by settings of anti-virus software and security software
Depending on the settings of your security software, your email may be rejected or deleted as spam. Please check the settings of your security software and set it to Junk Mail Exclusion Setting.
• Caused by the Anti-Virus Software or Spam Filtering Service setting of the provider
Some providers may have Virus Checker and Spam Filtering Service as a standard setting. If your emails are not being sorted into the spam email folder, or if you are not receiving emails even though the settings of your computer's security software and anti-virus software are correct, please check the settings on your provider's page.
• If the mailbox on the server is full
If the mailbox on your provider's server is full, you may not be able to receive a new email. If this is the case, please delete the unnecessary emails on the server.
• Wrong email address
If there is an error in the email address you entered upon registration, the email may not reach you. Please check your email address again to make sure it is correct.
